Authentic Italian Porchetta

Inspired by our family trips to Sicili and southern Italy, our authentic pasture raised Italian porchetta is one contiguous roll of boneless loin chop, ribs and pork belly, stuffed with organic herbs and spices. This porchtta is gluten free, soy free, non-GMO and needs to be slow roasted to a thing of wonder.
