Our 100% Grassfed Grass-Finished Beef Chuck Steak, is a versatile and delicious cut of meat that is perfect for a variety of meals. 

Cooking tips:

1. Fire up the grill and sear the roast on high heat for a few minutes on each side before finishing it off on indirect heat. This will give you a beautiful crust on the outside while keeping the inside moist and tender.

2. Slow cook the roast in a Dutch oven with some onions, garlic, and your favorite herbs and spices. This will create a flavorful and tender roast that falls apart with a fork.

3. Brown the roast in a skillet, then transfer it to a large pot with some beef broth, carrots, potatoes, and onions. Simmer the roast for a few hours until it is fork-tender and serve it with the veggies for a hearty and comforting meal.
