A beautiful and elegant cut, our Frenched Rack of Goat is taken from the rib section, where the meat is naturally tender, delicately flavored, and wonderfully succulent. “Frenched” means the rib bones are carefully trimmed and cleaned, giving the rack a refined appearance and making it perfect for roasting whole or slicing into individual rib chops. Raised on open pasture and allowed to forage naturally, our goats develop a clean, mild flavor that’s both comforting and deeply nourishing, light enough for everyday meals, yet special enough for gatherings.
