This cut is prized for its tender texture, rich beefy flavor, and its signature fat cap, which gently bastes the meat as it cooks. With 100% grass-fed, grass-finished cattle, the fat is clean, nutrient-dense, and naturally full of flavor, creating a steak that’s both deeply satisfying and beautifully pure.
