Our Grassfed Grass-Finished Beef Fat is harvested from the clean, external fat along the brisket, rib, and back of cattle raised entirely on open pasture. Softer and more supple than suet, this fat has a gentle, mild flavor and renders beautifully into a golden, nutrient-dense tallow. Because it comes from animals finished solely on grass with no grains, hormones, or antibiotics the resulting fat is clean, pure, and ideal for traditional cooking, frying, and nourishing whole-food preparation.
