Our Grassfed Grass-Finished Beef Flat Iron comes from the chuck primal, specifically the top blade muscle in the shoulder, where fine marbling and tender muscle fibers create one of the most surprisingly tender steaks on the animal. Once a “butcher’s secret,” flat iron is now loved for its rich, beefy flavor and consistent, fork-tender texture when cooked and sliced properly. Raised humanely on open pasture with regenerative practices, our cattle graze diverse grasses in fresh air and sunshine, producing a flat iron steak with clean flavor, beautiful marbling, and excellent nutrient density.

Cooking Tips
