Our Grassfed Grass-Finished Beef Hanger Steak is a deeply flavorful, tender cut from the plate primal, located near the diaphragm. Sometimes called the “butcher’s steak,” hanger is prized for its rich, beefy character and loose, open grain that readily absorbs marinades and bold seasonings. Raised humanely on open, regeneratively managed pastures, our cattle graze diverse grasses in fresh air and sunshine, producing a hanger steak with exceptional depth of flavor, clean finish, and true pasture-raised quality.
