Grassfed Grass-Finished Beef Cheek

You may know beef cheek from Barbacoa, it's one of the best things you will ever taste! There is only a few ounces harvested off of each animal.

Cooking Tips:

You can use beef cheek for a ravioli filling, taco meat or stew meat. The key to amazing beef cheeks is to braise them low and slow. This converts the collagen in the muscle fibers to gelatin, which creates a falling-apart tender meat with incredible flavor. You can cook them in a slow cooker or in the oven with vegetables and broth or red wine.
