You may know beef cheek from barbacoa, and truly, it’s one of the best things you will ever taste. Each animal yields only a few precious ounces, making this a rare and highly prized cut. Raised humanely on our open pastures with sustainable, regenerative practices, our cattle graze freely on diverse grasses, creating cheeks that are exceptionally clean, nutrient-dense, and naturally flavorful.

Cooking Tips
You can use beef cheek for a ravioli filling, taco meat or stew meat. The key to amazing beef cheeks is to braise them low and slow. This converts the collagen in the muscle fibers to gelatin, which creates a falling-apart tender meat with incredible flavor. You can cook them in a slow cooker or in the oven with vegetables and broth or red wine.
