Our Grassfed Grass-Finished Korean Beef Ribs come from the short rib section, located along the lower rib cage of the cow. These ribs are cut thin across the bone (known as “flanken-style”) revealing beautiful layers of meat and marrow-rich bone. This cut is prized for its deep beefy flavor, natural marbling, and the way it soaks up marinades, becoming beautifully tender and caramelized when cooked quickly over high heat. Raised humanely on our open pastures with sustainable, regenerative practices, our cattle graze freely on diverse grasses, developing vibrant, clean flavor you can taste in every bite.
