Our Grassfed, Grass-Finished Beef Rump Roast (½ Wagyu) comes from the round primal, specifically the upper hindquarter of the cow. This area is known for its robust, beefy flavor and naturally lean profile, as it’s a well-used muscle group. The addition of Wagyu genetics brings finer marbling and enhanced tenderness while maintaining the clean, nutrient-rich qualities of grassfed, grass-finished beef. Raised entirely on pasture without grains, hormones, or antibiotics, this roast offers depth, integrity, and exceptional nourishment.

Cooking Tips
