Our Grassfed Grass-Finished Beef Shoulder Arm Roast comes from the upper portion of the chuck, near the front shoulder of the cow. This area is naturally well-used, developing deep, hearty beef flavor, beautiful marbling, and rich connective tissue that melts into tender, silky goodness during slow cooking. Raised humanely on our open pastures with sustainable, regenerative practices, our cattle graze freely on diverse grasses, creating a roast that is clean, vibrant, and nourishing from start to finish.
