Our Grassfed Grass-Finished Beef Tenderloin Filet comes from the tenderloin, a long, cylindrical muscle that runs along the inside of the spine. As the least-worked muscle on the animal, the tenderloin is naturally the most tender cut of beef: buttery soft, delicately flavored, and exceptionally lean. Raised humanely on wide-open pastures with sustainable, regenerative practices, our cattle enjoy a natural life of grazing, fresh air, and gentle movement. This produces a filet with unmatched purity, clean flavor, and nutrient density, free from the heaviness of grain-fed beef.
