Grassfed Grass-Finished Beef Tenderloin Roast
Grassfed Grass-Finished Beef Tenderloin Roast
Our Grassfed Grass-Finished Beef Tenderloin Roast comes from the tenderloin in the loin primal, the least-worked muscle on the animal and one of the most prized cuts in all of beef. This long, narrow roast is exceptionally tender, fine-grained, and naturally lean, with a delicate, elegant flavor that makes it perfect for holidays, special occasions, or any time you want a truly show-stopping centerpiece. Raised humanely on open, regeneratively managed pastures, our cattle graze diverse grasses in fresh air and sunshine, producing tenderloin that is clean, vibrant, and deeply nourishing.
Our meats are non-GMO, gluten free, and free of fillers, nitrates, nitrites, sulfates, sulfites, MSG, hormones, antibiotics, vaccines, preservatives, and sugars. We take pride in delivering the highest-quality, healthy, and delicious meat straight to your doorstep.
Health Benefits
• Lean, high-quality complete protein that supports muscle strength, recovery, and steady energy without feeling heavy
• Naturally rich in heme iron and B12, which support red blood cell formation, brain function, and resilience against fatigue
• Provides zinc and selenium, key minerals for immune health, antioxidant protection, and hormone balance
• Grass-finished beef offers cleaner fats and beneficial compounds like CLA and omega-3s that support metabolic and cardiovascular wellness
Cooking Tips
• For even cooking, bring the roast to room temperature, pat dry, and tie with kitchen twine before roasting
• Season generously with salt, pepper, garlic, and fresh herbs, then roast or reverse-sear to a gently blushing medium-rare for maximum tenderness
• Use a meat thermometer and pull the roast a few degrees before your target temperature; tenderloin continues to cook as it rests
• Let rest well, then slice into thick medallions and serve with pan juices, herb butter, red wine reduction, or chimichurri alongside roasted vegetables or potatoes
