Our Grassfed Grass-Finished Beef Tri-Tip is a beautifully marbled, triangular roast taken from the bottom sirloin, located toward the back of the cow just above the hind leg. This region produces a cut that is naturally tender, richly flavored, and wonderfully versatile—easy to cook as a small roast, slice into steaks, or grill whole for a special meal. With cattle raised entirely on pasture and finished solely on grass, this tri-tip delivers clean, vibrant flavor that reflects nutrient-rich grazing and a life outdoors, free from grains, hormones, and antibiotics.
