Our Pasture-Raised Ground Lamb is made from a balanced blend of cuts from the shoulder and leg, where natural tenderness and rich flavor come together beautifully. This creates ground lamb that is deeply savory, gently sweet, and wonderfully aromatic, perfect for Mediterranean dishes, curries, meatballs, burgers, and hearty weeknight meals. Raised on our ranch alongside our cattle, this flock of sheep is wholly grass fed and grass finished on our organic pastures, grazing freely on diverse forage and living naturally outdoors. The result is ground lamb with exceptional purity, depth, and nutrient density.
