Our Lamb Neck comes from the upper neck section of the lamb, a beautifully marbled area rich in connective tissue that melts into silky tenderness during slow cooking. This cut is known for its deep, savory flavor and exceptional ability to create broth, stews, and braises with incredible richness. Raised on our ranch alongside our cattle, this flock of sheep is wholly grass fed and grass finished on our organic pastures, where they graze freely on diverse forage and live naturally outdoors. The result is lamb with clean, vibrant flavor, exceptional nutrient density, and the unmistakable purity of truly pasture-raised animals.
