Our Lamb Leg comes from the hind leg of the lamb, a large, meaty cut known for its balanced tenderness, rich flavor, and impressive presentation. This section develops lean, firm muscle with just enough natural marbling to stay juicy and deeply flavorful when roasted or slow-cooked. Raised on our ranch alongside our cattle, this flock of sheep is wholly grass fed and grass finished on our organic pastures, grazing freely on diverse forage and living a natural outdoor lifestyle. The result is lamb with clean, vibrant flavor and exceptional nutrient density, perfect for special meals, gatherings, or nourishing family dinners.
