Adults and kids love these Pork Cutlets. Fully tenderized, they make the best crispy fried or oven baked week day meal. Start to finish in less than 30 minutes!  

Cooking Tips: Bread and fry to make crisp and juicy schnitzel, a delicious sandwich, or serve over mashed potatoes topped with gravy. Dredge with flour, then eggs, then dip in bread crumbs before frying in a neutral oil. These cutlets are thin and will be cooked through by the time you achieve a golden brown exterior on both sides. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice.
