Pasture-Raised Country Style Pork Ribs

One of our favorite cuts of pork! Unlike the name implies, they aren’t actually ribs. It is the incredibly tender Butt Roast sliced up which makes these long “rib like” slices even better and meatier than any ribs and incredibly tender when cooked properly.  Raised humanely on our open pastures, our pigs spend their days rooting, foraging, and exploring, which creates pork with clean flavor, natural sweetness, and deep nutrient density.
