One of our favorite cuts of pork! Unlike the name implies, they aren’t actually ribs. It is the incredibly tender Butt Roast sliced up which makes these long “rib like” slices even better and meatier than any ribs and incredibly tender when cooked properly. 

These are often cooked with various barbecue sauces, prepare them on the smoker, crockpot, Instantpot, or oven and you'll love their flavor! Cooked low and slow and they just fall off the bone.
