Pasture-Raised Country Style Goat Ribs

One of our favorite cuts of goat! Unlike the name implies, they aren’t actually ribs. It is the incredibly tender Butt Roast sliced up which makes these long “rib like” slices even better and meatier than any ribs and incredibly tender when cooked properly. 

Raised freely on open pasture, our goats forage on diverse grasses and native plants, developing exceptional purity and a naturally delicate, mineral-rich taste that sets them apart from conventionally raised meat.

These are often cooked with various barbecue sauces, prepare them on the smoker, crockpot, Instapot, or oven and you'll love their flavor! Cooked low and slow and they just fall off the bone.
