Our Pastured Bacon is raw, medium cut, and uncured. It's sliced like traditional bacon, but it's NOT your average bacon! It's unsalted, not sugared, and has NO curing salts, preservatives, nitrites or nitrates, or MSG. It's just pure, raw pork belly.
Our Pasture-Raised Pork Fresh Bacon comes from the pork belly, located along the lower underside of the hog. This cut is naturally rich and tender, with beautiful layers of lean meat and silky fat that cook down into juicy, savory perfection. Raised humanely on our open pastures, our pigs root, forage, and explore under the sun in pesticide-free gassy pastures, developing exceptional flavor and nutrient density that shines through in every slice.

Cooking Tips
• Pan-sear slowly over medium heat to render the fat and achieve golden edges
• Bake on a sheet pan for evenly cooked slices with minimal cleanup
• Season with simple salt and pepper, or add herbs for extra depth
• Use in breakfast plates, sandwiches, salads, ramen, or as a flavorful topping
-For stove top cooking, don't use high heat. Keep it at medium or lower.
-For baking, preheat your oven to 350*F and cook for 30-40 minutes on a medium/deep cookie sheet with sides. And don't forget to save the belly fat - it's amazing!
-For air frying, it's best to thaw the pork belly in 1" pieces so you can stir it. Cook at 375*F for about 15-20 minutes, depending on how crispy you like it.
