Our Pasture-Raised Pork Hocks come from the lower shank of the hog, just above the feet and below the shoulder or ham. This hardworking area is full of collagen, connective tissue, and marrow-rich bone that transforms into silky, tender, deeply flavorful meat when cooked low and slow.

Our Pork Hocks are fresh and uncured. They are an unassuming piece of pork that, cooked correctly, adds a rich and meaty flavor to the dish. 

Pork Hock can be prepared in a variety of ways, such as braising, roasting, or slow-cooking, making it a versatile ingredient for a range of dishes. When cooked low and slow in a variation of liquid, the collagen and fat will dissolve and infuse into the liquid, giving you a nutritionally dense soup or stock.
