Our Pasture-Raised Pork Loin Chops (bone-in) come from the center-cut portion of the pork loin, running along the back of the hog between the shoulder and the hip. This section develops naturally lean, tender meat with a clean, gently sweet flavor, distinctive to pigs raised outdoors with plenty of room to roam. Humanely raised on our open pastures, our pigs spend their days rooting, exploring, and enjoying a diet of fresh forage supplemented with clean, wholesome feed.
