Cooking Tips:
Allow the chops to come to room temperature before cooking. Season generously with salt and pepper, and add your favorite herbs and spices. Sear the chops on high heat for a crispy outside, then finish cooking on a lower heat until desired doneness. For extra juiciness, brine the chops for a few hours before cooking. This will help to keep the meat tender and flavorful.
