Our Pasture-Raised Turkey Tenderloin comes from the inner portion of the turkey breast, a naturally lean, tender muscle prized for its softness and mild, delicate flavor. Because this area does very little work, the tenderloin cooks quickly and stays exceptionally juicy when raised under the right conditions. Our turkeys live freely on open chemical free pastures, roaming, foraging, and enjoying sunshine, which creates tenderloin that is cleaner, more flavorful, and more nutrient dense than anything found in conventional poultry. This is a light, wholesome cut perfect for simple, nourishing meals.

Our pastured turkeys have much more moisture and flavor than conventional birds because they spend their days out on the pasture. They also cook much more quickly, so take care not to overcook this cut.
