These Turkey Breasts are a great way to enjoy our delicious pasture-raised turkey without the hassle of roasting a whole bird. Our pasture-raised turkey is free range and pasture raised outdoors, grass fed & supplemented with a NON GMO organic grain (soy free).

Cooking Tips:

You can roast this breast as is for a low-fat, all white meat treat, or slice it thin to make breaded and fried turkey cutlets. Our pastured turkeys have much more moisture and flavor than conventional birds because they spend their days out on the pasture. They also cook much more quickly, so take care not to overcook this cut.
